Using the Service
You must use FieldCAD in compliance with all applicable laws and only for its intended purpose. Ambient Labs Computing, LLC may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse FieldCAD, including attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or interfering with its normal operation.
Intellectual Property
FieldCAD and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ambient Labs Computing, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
FieldCAD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ambient Labs Computing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FieldCAD.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FieldCAD after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Field Verification
A photo is evidence, not a fabrication-grade measurement. Geometry that FieldCAD infers or proposes from a photo — including any produced with the assistance of our third-party photo-to-3D reconstruction provider — must be verified against a tape-measured or otherwise field-confirmed distance before you rely on it for fabrication, safety-critical work, or installation.
